Terms and Conditions
All projects are subject to a deposit of 50% of the total amount quoted, before any work on this project will commence.
The balance on all accounts is payable COD and no projects will be released until final payment has been received. The costing of this quotation is based on final payment being COD - should you wish to pay the final 50% on a 30 day account basis, a surcharge of 15% will be added to the total on the attached quotation.
All work, including but not restricted to, animation, sound and concept, and its associated information providers remain the property of Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media until fully paid for. The original source files for this project, forever remain the property of Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media.
No part of the Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media or associated Internet products may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, facsimile transmission, electronic, photocopying, mechanical,, recording or rekeying, without prior permission in writing from Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media
All Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media products are certified 'Virus Free' when leaving the premises, and although every effort is made, under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods or services provided by us.
