Deadline and completion dates for this project are to be negotiated with the client and will be subject to all relevant material being made available to Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media for the production of graphical and textual content for this project.
All multimedia presentation / website / application work produced by Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media will have the branding and credits for this development embedded within the project unless the client lodges an objection at the time of signature of this quotation.
All textual content that the client wants placed on his website shall be handed to Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media in an already captured, appropriate format - such as word 97, word 2000 or similar. Should we be required to capture text from brochures, magazines or other printed media there will be a content capturing fee applicable at a rate of R125.00 per hour.
There will be a penalty interest rate of 25% per annum levied on all accounts that are not paid on or before the due date reflected on the invoice.
Should there be a stringent deadline for this project, a critical path will be provided to the client, outlining the responsibilities of both the client and Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media. Should the client not meet any of his responsibilities in terms of this critical path, the deadline date will no longer be binding on Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media. In this event, a new deadline date will be renegotiated
Should a project take longer than thirty (30) days to complete, albeit due to lack of required project assets from the client, the full amount on this invoice will become due and payable. We kindly request that our clients supply all necessary assets for their project in a timely fashion so that our design team might complete the project within a thirty (30) day timeframe. This will apply unless a stringent critical path is signed off by both the client and Virtual Mutsami Interactive Web Media.
